The first being an automatic conveyorized system with an in-line pretreatment tunnel comprising of both Zirconium phosphate and chromate free Titanium based pretreatment systems and an automatic spray booth. Our second facility consists of 4 manual spray booths with box ovens.

What is Powder Coating?
Powder coating is a widely used method of applying a decorative and functional paint finish to a wide variety of products including white goods, leisure goods, architectural cladding, vehicle trim, electronic enclosures, railway interiors, and office furniture.
The powder in question is made up of finely ground resins and pigments and is most commonly applied with an electrostatic spray gun.
The gun applies a charge to the powder as it is sprayed and this causes the powder to cling to the electrically grounded component.
After the powder has been applied to the component, it must be transformed into a continuous film by heating (typically at temperatures between 180C to 200C).

Automatic Powder Coating
Our automatic powder coating facility is among the best of its kind in the country. The facility is capable of processing a wide variety of substances, including: aluminium, steel, galvanised steel, e-coated steel, and non-ferrous castings. Our skilled staff ensure the highest quality with thorough end of line inspections.
Manual Powder Coating
Our manual facility utilises the most advanced powder coating application techniques to ensure a high quality, customisable service is available to all our customers. We use both Corona and Tribo powder application guns and run four powder application booths, allowing us to handle all kinds of orders.
Anti Microbial Powder Coating
Euro Quality Coatings (EQC) offers medical grade, anti-microbial powder coating for use in medical and health care applications.
Our medical powder coating is specially designed to prevent the spread of bacteria, moulds, and fungus, making it ideal for material used in hospitals, surgeries, dental practices, and other sterile environments.
Powder Coating Colours
We offer an extensive range of powder coating colours, allowing us to meet the unique colour specifications often required. We are able to work with several colour standards, including the full RAL range, British Colour Standards, NCS, and Pantone. Partnerships with major powder manufacturers means we can supply any colour required, subject to MTO costs and leads times.
Cut and Coat
At EQC we are offering a brand new cut and coat option to all our customers looking to use us as powder coating suppliers. This means stock length extrusions can be delivered to our facility, where they will be cut to meet unique project requirements before being treated with our high quality industrial coatings.
What’s more, once the cut and coat operation is complete, EQC can arrange delivery directly to the work site, thus reducing logistical considerations and limiting the overall carbon footprint of a project.
