Customers give Euro Quality Coatings a thumbs up.
EQC recently carried out its annual customer service survey
amongst its customers to find out what they really thought. The results were
encouraging with a majority giving EQC a rating in the top two scores.
Andrew Sussex, EQC’s Customer Service Manager commented:
“Firstly we would like to thank those customers who gave their time up to
provide us with some feedback. Whilst the overall feedback was encouraging, it
also highlighted some areas that we could improve on and these are now getting
our full focus. We won’t rest on our laurels in our efforts to improve our
service.”
