Facilities
Our commitment to quality and service means that our plant is subject to ongoing investment in new equipment ensuring that we remain at the forefront of powder coating technology.
Our volume processing facility includes a multistage inline pre-treatment tunnel capable of processing a variety of substrates. Powder application is by means of automatic reciprocating guns with facilities to perform manual touch in operations in order to ensure the best possible coverage in areas difficult to reach. Other processing areas utilise the latest batch processing and manual application techniques allowing us to provide a truly flexible service to our customers.
The range of facilities available at Euro Quality Coatings enables us to choose the best process route for any component. Some components lend themselves to automatic application whilst others are better suited to manual spraying. We are also able to undertake intricate masking to exacting standards. This includes leaving areas uncoated for the purpose of electro-magnetic conductivity, fit and function.
We welcome the opportunity to be involved in the initial development of a product for the market place in partnership with our customers and can provide an experienced project team to oversee new projects being brought into full production.
Thermal and chemical stripping
We utilise the latest environmentally friendly stripping chemicals that do not attack the component substrate, leaving components in an excellent condition for re-coating.
Thermal stripping is carried out using controlled pyrolysis furnaces.
