The advanced manual spray facility at EQC utilises the latest batch processing and manual powder application techniques allowing us to provide a truly flexible service to our customers.
Pretreatment
Pretreatment is by way of a multi-metal iron phosphate celaning and pretreatment tanks.
Powder application
There are 3 water backed powder application booths each with its own box oven. Powder application is available using both versa and tribo powder application guns.
